Key Features
Keep fire doors and commercial openings closing reliably with this 3-pack of BEST (formerly Stanley) 2060R full-mortise adjustable spring hinges. These UL Listed, self-closing hinges measure 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" with square corners and come in a durable satin chrome finish (US26D / 652). They are built for labeled fire doors, stairwell doors, apartment unit entrances, and hotel guest room doors.
A patented internal ratchet lets you adjust closing force up or down with a single 5/32" hex wrench, and a locking safety screw prevents tampering with the setting. Where an overhead closer isn't wanted, these spring hinges are a cost-effective way to make a door self-closing.

How Many Do You Need?
- Doors up to 180 lb, max 3'-0" x 7'-6" x 1-3/4": 3 spring hinges (one pack)
- Doors up to 180 lb, max 4'-0" x 8'-0" x 1-3/4": 4 spring hinges
- NFPA 80 requires at least 2 spring hinges on a labeled fire door
