Find your order number
It's in your order confirmation email and starts with #. Check spam if you can't find it.
Look it up above
Enter your order number and email, then sign in with the one-time code. You'll see the order status and every tracking number on it.
Or use your tracking number
Got a shipping email? Paste the tracking or PRO number into the Tracking Number tab to go straight to the carrier.
How your order gets to you
Doors, frames & units
Ships on a pallet by XPO. Your shipping email includes a PRO number, so track it above or with XPO. Someone needs to be there to receive it.
Hardware
Locksets, hinges, closers, and panic bars ship by parcel carrier with a standard tracking number.
Brooklyn or Long Island
Pickup and local delivery orders don't have a carrier tracking number. We'll email you when it's ready, or call us for an update.
