Sales / Project Management
Own the customer from first quote to final install — selling doors, frames and hardware and keeping jobs on schedule.

Locksmith
Install, re-key and service commercial locks, exit devices, closers and access hardware across NYC and Long Island.
- Mortise, cylindrical & panic hardware
- Master key systems
Door Installer
Install hollow metal doors, frames and hardware on commercial and residential job sites throughout the five boroughs.
- Frame removal & setting
- Fire-rated openings to code
Draftsman
Produce shop drawings and submittals for doors, frames and hardware, and turn field measurements into fabrication-ready drawings.
- AutoCAD / shop drawings
- Door schedules & submittals
Construction Estimating / Bids
Read plans and specs, perform take-offs and build competitive bids for commercial, school and public projects.
- Plan take-offs & door schedules
- Bid packages & pricing
Accounting
Keep the books moving — invoicing, payables and receivables, job costing and day-to-day financial support.
- AR / AP & invoicing
- Job costing & reconciliation
Machinist
Set up, maintain and repair the equipment in our door and frame factory, and fabricate custom parts and tooling.
- Machine setup & maintenance
- Read blueprints & tolerances
Machine Operator
Run CNC press brakes, shears, punches and laser equipment — cutting, bending and forming steel for doors and frames.
- Press brake & laser operation
- Quality checks to spec
Welder
Weld and assemble steel doors and frames in our shop, built to the specs our customers and fire inspectors expect.
- MIG / TIG / spot welding
- Frame & door assembly
Electrician
Wire and install electrified door hardware, access control and ADA automatic door operators on commercial job sites.
- Electric strikes & mag locks
- Automatic operators
General Helper
A great way to start in the trade — support our shop and installation crews day to day and learn on the job.
