The UFD 3501 Series is a commercial single cylinder deadbolt made from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life. With an ANSI Grade 2 adjustable latch, it adds a second point of locking above any lever or knob set on apartment entries, office doors, back doors, and storage rooms.

The latch adjusts between 60mm and 70mm (2-3/8" to 2-3/4") backset, so one deadbolt fits the two most common door preps in North America. Fits doors 35mm to 45mm (1-3/8" to 1-3/4") thick, which covers standard interior and exterior residential and commercial doors.

  • Satin Chrome (3501-SC) – Matches the 7201 satin chrome lever lockset and 7204 satin nickel knob lockset.
  • Satin Brass (3501-SB) – Warm brass tone for traditional entries and brass-finish door hardware.

Pair It With

Combine with the 7204 Series fire-rated knob lockset or 7201 Series fire-rated lever lockset for a complete entry set. Note: the 3501 is not fire rated — check your local code before adding a deadbolt to a fire-rated or egress door.
