Features and operations of an S. Parker leverset include:

• Roses in one step
It fits doors from 1 3/8" to 2" thick, is reversible, non-handed, and has cold rolled steel housing.
• UL listed latch bolt with a 2 3/4" backset. Universal across all functions.
• ANSI strike 1 1/4" x 4 7/8". All lever sets, and functions are uniform.
• five pins keyed to a six-pin solid brass SC-1 ILCO #1145 keyway.
Each lever operates independently of the others. Deadlocking latches are present on all keyed lever sets. Two nickel silver keys are provided. Separate lever spring mechanisms help prevent sag. 1/2" throw solid brass latch-bolts are UL listed and three-hour fire rated. Full 5" long handles are on all levers in all functions.
