At UF Doors, we take pride in the quality and safety of our fire-rated steel doors. Each product is carefully manufactured and inspected to meet NYC-approved and UL-listed standards. Because of the custom and safety-critical nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
- Products must be reported as defective or damaged within [7–14] days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Custom, made-to-order, or specially manufactured doors are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation.
- Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
