Key Features
The Newhouse Hardware MC145S mechanical door chime puts a push-button doorbell, a two-note chime and a 180° door viewer on one door, with no wiring, batteries or electricity. It's a simple, low-cost doorbell for apartment units, offices and any entry door where running power to a bell isn't practical, and a direct swap for a worn-out mechanical chime.
Visitors press the button on the slim silver outside faceplate, which rings the two-note chime inside. To see who's there, residents slide the spring-activated control on the chime cover, which pushes the 180° one-way lens out so they can look through without opening the door. Label slots on the faceplate hold the apartment number and the resident's name.
Features
- Doorbell, chime and peephole in one: no separate viewer to install

- 180° one-way viewer behind a spring-activated slider
- Slim silver metal faceplate, 5" x 2"
- Name and apartment-number labels with paper insert tags
